So Proud (both of us)

He drew and then carefully cut out the hearts on his own. He then wrote our names: Mom, Grannie & Poppa. All perfect from a phonetic stand point. I was so proud that I kind of "tricked" him into writing. He loved it and was VERY proud himself!

This was the first time he attempted to spell words. Exciting around here this evening!!
